News you can use!

New passport requirements for travel outside the US.
The travel initiative requirements will be rolled out in phases, providing as much advance notice as possible to the affected public to enable them to meet the terms of the new guidelines. The current rule regarding documentation is as follows:
Other accepted documentation: No other document is currently available that will be an acceptable substitute for the passport, or the Border Crossing Card, SENTRI, NEXUS or FAST cards. However, new technologies are being explored to create other acceptable travel documents. We will make public additional travel document options as they become available.
You Never Know, So It's Good to Know...
Travel insurance can come in handy to cover lost expenses when people must unexpectedly cancel or shorten their vacations. It is highly recommended in the industry and protects you from penalties that may be applied for cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies. It is a small cost for protection of a large investment. In most cases, insurance covers cancellations and interruptions due to injury or illness, death in the passenger's family, strikes, natural disasters or other unforeseen reasons such as jury duty (in some cases.) Typically bundled in the insurance package are expenses related to travel delays, emergency medical treatment and lost or stolen baggage. There are many companies that provide this coverage and Vacation Memories can help you find the one that is right for you.
The More We Know….
We have the opportunity to attend seminars and workshops on an on-going basis. These programs afford us valuable information and insight into destinations. The culmination of the training is often a "Specialist Certification." In addition to the Specialist Programs, we collectively travel worldwide to the places our clients want to go. The more we know, the more we can help you make your decision on the ultimate vacation destination for you.
